Assist as inventor and advisor on Intellectual Property matters. Represent ACTV at all key industry forums and shows.

1983- 1992 – held various mgmt. Positions at United Artists (also TCI by acquisition). Activities include but not limited to:

  • Call Center Mgmt.

  • Field service mgmt.

  • Rebuild Activity

  • Government Affairs

  • Local Production – LO

  • Back Office Operations

  • Information systems mgmt. – billing / ppv / addressability / phone systems

  • Field security oversight

  • Union negotiations


1992-1998 – Held various mgmt positions for Bell Atlantic Ventures Group managing aspects of their investments in TeleTV / CAI Wireless / CellularVision / FutureVision. Positions Included:

  • VP of Customer Operations

  • VP of Research & Development

  • FCC liaison on policy and spectrum auctions

  • President of CAI Wireless Internet

  • CTO

  • Facilities

1989-1999 – Consultant to NY Football Giants. Worked on all aspects of in-house video needs, including broadcast coordination and production of Emmy award winning programming for CBS, NBC and FOX. .

2001- Current – Technical Advisory Board Gotuit.  Advise Gotuit on strategic technical direction on the deployment of it’s audio and video products.
